The IDM, in partnership with the Janelia Research Campus of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and leading research institutes from around the world, is excited to announce the next Life Science Across the Globe seminar. This will be hosted by the IDM on Wednesday, August 4 2021.
Held virtually on the first Wednesday of each month (15:00 SAST), events will centre on high-impact themes in science and science culture, with leading scientists and scholars from around the world showcasing the most exciting scientific advances and discussing important issues related to science and society.
Join leading researchers Linda-Gail Bekker (Desmond Tutu HIV Centre), Thumbi Ndung’u (Africa Health Research Institute) and Sharon Lewin (The Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity) at next week’s short talks and discussion session under the topic “HIV Cure”.
The week’s short talks and discussion will be on the theme of “HIV Cure.”
